Please read this simple agreement. It tells you how we send notices. It also explains how witnesses sign. Plus, it tells how your data is kept safe. By clicking “Proceed,” you agree to all these rules.

1. How You Get Papers

We send all important notices to you by email or by text. These are papers you need to sign. You will also get updates, too. We use your contact information. Or, we use the contact information someone else gave for you. This way, you get the information quickly.

2. Signing as a Witness – It’s So Easy!

EZ Signature makes signing as a witness easy:

• Add a Witness: The person making the paper adds a witness to it.

• Ways to Sign:

  • Sign On Your Device: A witness can sign right on the same device you use.

  • Sign Using a Link: A witness can sign using a link, too. We send the link by email.

• Real Names Used: When a witness signs, we use their real name, and not just “Witness,” so you know who signed it.

• Key Benefit: Easy and quick witness signing is guaranteed.

3. Your Final Signed Paper

After everyone signs, you will get the final signed paper. It is complete, and ready to use. This paper is also legal, so you can feel safe.

4. Keeping Your Data Safe and Sound

Your data is very safe here. We keep your name, IP address, where you are, and your phone number. We also keep a special code for your paper, too.

Paper Security: When a paper is signed, it cannot be changed. This keeps it secure and safe.

Records of All Signatures: We keep records of everything that happens with the paper, too. These include when it was signed and what IP address was used. These records are given to you with the signed paper.

5. Paper Copies – When You Need Them

If you need a paper copy, you can:

• Print It Now: You can print the document from your web browser. Or, you can print it after you have signed, too.

• Email Copy: We send a copy to you by email, too, which you can also print.

Copies by Mail: If you need a paper copy sent to you by mail, there’s a $15.00 fee per page inside Australia. Sending it outside of Australia costs more money.

• Key Benefit: Choice to get paper copies of your needed documents.

6. Canceling Online Notices

You can cancel your agreement for online notices. Email [email protected] if you want to do this. But if you do, it will take longer to get things done. We will need to send notices by mail instead, and that is slower. Not using online notices will also make our service harder to use, too.

• Key Consideration: Using online notices makes our service much faster for you.

7. How We Contact You, Too

We contact you by email or text. We use the contact information you gave us. We only use these details for sending you notices and for witness signatures. See our Privacy Policy for more information, too.
